Content Template Membership for Healthcare Professionals
Allllll that supervised practice, and no one ever mentioned marketing.
And considering all the credit hours you had to put in to become a healthcare professional, you’re no stranger to learning…but listening to “social media strategists” who have never conducted a clinical assessment or provided patient education in their lives isn’t actually teaching you anything useful.
It’s also not getting you results, which is why it’s time to trade those “37 viral hooks guaranteed to boost engagement” for healthcare-specific guidance that tells you what, when, and how to post to see better results.

Sound a little too familiar?
You sit down at your desk to catch up on notes and – oops! — realize you need to post for your practice.
You keep promising yourself you’ll finally get ahead of your feed one day — but since “one day” wasn’t today, you’re stuck…
Scrolling Instagram for “inspiration,” only to waste 47 minutes you don’t have feeling like everyone else’s content is better than yours
Grabbing a ~trending audio~ and propping up your phone to film what you’re told is called “B-roll”
Taking some awkward-feeling clips and deciding something is better than nothing
Adding a hook some influencer told you was “guaranteed to convert!”
Scrapping the whole thing because you hate your footage, and making a carousel will be easier…right?
Wasting another hour trying to cram your clinical knowledge into a Canva slide and trying to make it less stuffy-sounding
…and ultimately, trading 2 hours of your life for 8 likes, 3 comments, and 0 clients booked.
You’re not the problem — your posting plan is.
If you’re struggling to get engagement, good news:

Hi! I’m Jesse — SLP turned content expert who knows the clinical and conversion sides of private practice.
Meet Your Creative Content Strategist
TL;DR: I worked in private practice for 7+ years while growing my own speech IG account and marketing for other practices, then took it full-time with content strategy to help clinicians fill their caseloads through social media.
I KNOW how annoying it is when the only social media resources you find aren’t healthcare-specific — and I created The Content Treatment Plan to fix it ALL.
Inside, you’ll learn to balance “selling” with clinical integrity, quick posts with nuanced and layered discussions, and education with excitement — so your followers stick around, your content converts, and you don’t have to ever wonder if you’re doing Instagram “right” again.
With The Content Treatment Plan, you can finally get ahead on posting AND get the results you’ve been hoping for.
Here’s how it works:
01
Get Fresh Templates
Your new Canva content templates will drop on the first of each month, with a variety of posts and designs that keep your content perfectly on-brand.
02
Create Your Content
Use the included resources and optional prompts to plan, create, and schedule better client-getting content in a fraction of the time it took you to make it all from scratch.
03
Stay Ahead on Socials
Stalk through the bonus mini-training videos to master the finer aspects of socials (like selling on Stories), and join our quarterly Q&A call for more advice and feedback
Success on Instagram feels incredibly subjective, and you can never seem to get on the right side of the algorithm
You struggle to make objective client education interesting enough for people to actually read
You don’t want to have to spend hours assessing trends and hashtags to see results on your posts
You want someone to just hand you a plan and show you how to make it work for YOUR specialty and business
The Content Treatment Plan is perfect for you if…
Success on socials takes consistency and time — and anyone who tells you differently is lying
It might feel daunting to be told that it can take weeks to months for your content to really take off — but that’s because your current posting plan is unsustainable, not because growth is impossible.
When you know how to…
Save yourself time on content creation, while still creating quality posts
Adapt trending concepts to truly work for your healthcare business (instead of making your stuff look like every other post in that trend)
Truly use social media to be social with your audience, encouraging connection and engagement
…you don’t just see results faster, you stop feeling burned out on marketing — and your social media becomes a steady source of clients instead of stress.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I get my content and templates?
New content and resources drop on the first of every month, so you can plan well in advance if that’s your vibe (or you can post in real time and just save time doing it)!
When you join, you’ll get access to the current month AND the month before it (access begins July 1st, and you will get July + a ton of bonus content on that date) — so you can jump in ASAP, with plenty of ideas to pick from.
What if I join in the middle of the month?
You will get access on July 1st. For every month after that, you’ll get instant access to the month you join AND the month before (if you join on August 15, you’ll get instant access to the July & August drops) — join anytime you’re ready, and your resources will be ready for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can! You’ll keep access to your resources through the end of your subscription period. Like with any membership, you have to use these resources to see results — and I recommend giving it at least 3-4 months of posting before assessing how it’s going. Good things really do take time!
Yep! I give specialty-specific advice throughout the membership and keep track of things like RDN Day, National Speech-Language Hearing Month, and other awareness events FOR you, so your content is current no matter what.
Will this work for me if I’m a speech therapist/dietitian/therapist/physical therapist/etc.?
Is this just for Instagram, or will it work for other platforms as well?
As one of the most popular platforms for private practice marketing (and the one all of my clients prefer to focus on), Instagram is what we focus on inside The Content Treatment Plan — but you can easily repurpose the content and captions you create into posts for other platforms, like Threads.
Is there any 1:1 support included (or available)?
There’s no 1:1 support built into The Content Treatment Plan, but there IS a quarterly group Q&A call! It was designed for DIYers who can execute a plan but don’t want to create that plan in the first place.
Members do get exclusive discounts to join what I affectionately call “1:1 Pocket Coaching," a more hands-on Telegram coaching option that includes personalized support, content audits, and unlimited Q&A. Email me for more details!
If you want your content to convert, it’s time to give your feed a higher level of care.
Pun fully intended, because care is exactly what I pour into The Content Treatment Plan each month — so you can post with ease, show your audience how much you care, and fill your caseload with clients who are excited to try YOUR approach.
